STEM IN SCHOOLS
WHAT IS STEM IN SCHOOLS?
"STEM In Schools" is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit with the mission to help students in NYC schools obtain the STEM skills needed so NYC students will be better prepared for a career in STEM fields in the 21st century in the global market. STEM In School's model is being duplicated in other inner cities throughout the U.S..
We partner with schools, PTA's, industry, academia, and other NGO's to help bring applied STEM programs to NYC schools. We offer classes, camps, workshops, and competitions to promote teamwork within and among the schools.
